Refund & Attendance Policy

All ticket purchases are subject to the refund and attendance terms below. This policy applies to live virtual events delivered online. Please review carefully before completing your purchase.

1) Refund Eligibility: Attend Both Days

This is a live, two-day bootcamp. Attendees are expected to attend Day 1 and Day 2 in full.

  • Mid-Year ROI Guarantee: If, by lunch on Day 1, you do not have the blueprint to add $10,000 in revenue, you get a full refund of your ticket price, returned to your original payment method.

2) Event Credit

Cash refunds are available only under the Mid-Year ROI Guarantee in Section 1. If you need to cancel for any other reason, we do not issue a cash refund. Instead, your ticket value is converted to a credit toward a future Tax Maverick event.

  • Request your credit by emailing [email protected] before the event begins.

  • Credit is worth 100% of your ticket price.

  • Credits apply to any future Tax Maverick event. If the future event is priced higher, you pay the difference.

  • Credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be converted into a refund.

  • Credits expire 12 months from the date of issue. If no eligible Tax Maverick event falls within that window, your credit will be honored toward the next scheduled event at the organizer's discretion. Contact [email protected] before your credit expires.

3) Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual rather than forfeit your ticket. Transfer requests must be submitted no later than 5 days before the event date to [email protected] with the following details for the new attendee:

  • Full name

  • Email address (used for platform access)

  • Phone number

Transfer requests submitted less than 5 days before the event date will not be accepted. Once our team confirms a transfer, it is final and cannot be reversed. If the event is rescheduled, the original transfer window and terms remain in effect and will not be reset. The terms in Section 1 apply to the new attendee.
