Refund & Attendance Policy

All ticket purchases are subject to the cancellation terms below. Please review carefully before completing your purchase.

1) Cancellations Within 72 Hours — Full Refund

If you cancel your ticket within 72 hours of your original purchase date, you are eligible for a full cash refund of your ticket purchase price. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].

100% cash refund — full ticket price returned.

2) Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Transfer requests must be submitted no later than 1 month before the event date to [email protected] with the following details for the new attendee:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Dietary restrictions

Transfer requests submitted less than 1 month before the event date will not be accepted. Once a transfer is confirmed by our team, it is final and cannot be reversed. In the event the bootcamp is rescheduled, the original transfer window and terms remain in effect and will not be reset.

3) Late Cancellations & No-Show Policy

Because this is an in-person bootcamp and we plan based on confirmed headcount (meals, seating, materials, and reservations), the following tiered cancellation schedule applies after the 72-hour purchase window:

  • Cancel 30+ days before the event → 50% cash refund of your ticket price

  • Cancel 7–30 days before the event → 50% event credit toward any future Tax Maverick event (no cash refund)

  • Cancel within 7 days of the event or no-show → no refund, no credit

Example: $997 ticket cancelled 30+ days out → $498.50 cash refund. Cancelled 7–30 days out → $498.50 event credit.

Credit percentage applies equally to all ticket tiers (General Admission, VIP, etc.)

Hardship & Force Majeure: In cases of documented medical emergencies, death in the family, or other extraordinary circumstances, refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact [email protected] with supporting documentation.

4) Credit Expiry & Use

Event credits may be applied toward any future Tax Maverick event. If the new event is priced higher, the attendee is responsible for paying the difference. If the new event is priced lower, the remaining credit balance rolls over to a future Tax Maverick event. Credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be converted into a refund.

All event credits expire 12 months from the date of cancellation. Expired credits will not be honored.

If no eligible Tax Maverick event is scheduled within your 12-month credit window, the expiration date may be extended upon request. Please contact [email protected] before your credit expires.

5) RSVP Requirement

After purchasing your ticket, all attendees must complete the RSVP form to confirm attendance and submit event planning details, including:

  • Meal and dietary restrictions

  • Lodging preference (hotel or Airbnb)

  • Transportation needs

  • Plus-one attendance (if applicable)

Submitting the RSVP form confirms your intent to attend and allows us to plan accurately. Failure to complete the RSVP form does not exempt the attendee from the cancellation policy.
